I'm Chelsea. As a Certified Life Coach and Therapist, I support people all over the world who are feeling entirely overwhelmed by the realities of navigating adulthood.
Following years of clinical experience working in a multitude of settings, I've learned that most people aren't really set up with what they need to cultivate a life they love and it breaks my heart.
